FCS GROUP welcomes utility finance analyst, Sam Ault, to the team. Sam specializes in rate modeling for water, sewer and stormwater utilities throughout the Pacific Northwest. In his free time Sam enjoys brushing up on his Spanish speaking skills and would love to get back to South America to visit.
