Matt is an FCS GROUP project manager with expertise in financial and policy analysis for solid waste, electric, water, and sewer utilities. He has specialized expertise in utility demand forecasting and data analytics/statistical testing. In addition to enterprise fund work, he also delivers general government financial planning, LEAN process improvement evaluation, and development fee cost of service studies. Prior to joining FCS GROUP in 2017, Matt gained eleven years of experience working in budget and utility management for the public sector, including roles with city and county governments. If you were ever to see him outside of the office, it would most likely be on a bicycle or hiking with his family.
